When processing personal data on behalf of clients, xClaim acts as a data processor. The client organization acts as the data controller and determines the purposes and means of processing.

xClaim implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Detailed security documentation will be provided as part of the DPA.

The list of subprocessors used by xClaim will be documented and made available to eligible clients. This list is currently being finalized.
